Karaganda Region
Karaganda Region (Kazakh: Qarağandy oblysy; Russian: Карагандинская область, romanized: Karagandinskaja oblast′), also spelled Qaraghandy Region, is a region of Kazakhstan. Its capital is Karaganda.
March 17, 2022 was announced that Karaganda would be divided, with the formation of the Ulytau region.
