This is the second series of Suicide Squad comic books released by DC Comics. This Volume 2 only lasted for 12 issues from 2001 to 2002.
The previous series was <a href="https://wonderclub.com/comicbooks/comicbook.htm?comic=SUICIDESQUAD">Suicide Squad Volume 1</a> which was a comic book series published by DC comics that ran for 66 issues starting in 1987 and ending in 1992. The series was resurrected in 2010 for a single issue (#67) as a tie-in for Blackest Night.
