In 1964, Carl Barks' creation "The Beagle Boys" became one of the very few Disney villains to receive their own comic book title. The only other Disney villain to receive his own continuing series being the Phantom Blot. <p>
The Beagle Boys ran from November 1964 to February 1979, for a total of 47 issues.
