This panoramic photograph was taken by James Blakeway and features a twilight view of downtown Cleveland with Lake Erie to the left. At the far left is the Cleveland Browns new football stadium visible along the Lake Erie. Located behind the stadium with its bright lights is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. At the right of the photograph is Jacobs Field, the home of the Cleveland Indians baseball team. To the left of Jacobs Field is Gund Arena, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team. Centered in the photograph is Society Center Tower, Cleveland’s tallest building. The tall building lit with red lights for the holidays is Terminal Tower which opened in 1930. |
