The day Howard Behrens discovered this spectacular view, he spent the whole afternoon savouring the beauty of this marvellous corner of Ponza, in Italy. The Isola de Ponza is among the Pontine Islands in the Mediterranean, the largest and probably the most enchanting. Arriving from the sea, no one can remain unaffected by the beauty of the landscape, especially the cliffs of lava, sculpted by erosion, changing in appearance and colour with the time of day. All this bathed by a turquoise sea, which becomes transparent as it approaches the shore. |
