This is quite possibly one of the most recognizable castles in the world, even though most people don't know its name or location. It is rumored to be the inspiration for the fairy tale castle at Disneyland. Neuschwanstein was built by King Ludwig II, the eccentric ruler of Bavaria in the mid 1800s. King Ludwig lived in the castle for just 180 days before he mysteriously drowned along with his doctor. The castle is located in southern Bavaria near the Austrian border. The only access to the castle is via a steep road on the far side. The road is closed to vehicle traffic, but horse drawn buggies are available for those who don't care for the long hard walk.Clementoni HistoryConsidering how Italy is well known and often associated with fine art and rich culture, it only makes sense that a well established Italian jigsaw puzzle manufacturer would be known for similar qualities.
