Vincenzo Auletta lives and works in Bella, Italy, where he founded his Design Studio in 1999.
He was fed on a diet of model airplanes, science-fiction books, super-heroes manga and cult TV series, and was inexorably forced to pick up pencils and brushes to give vent to his imagination.
After studying mechanical design and having improved the painting techniques, he was finally commissioned for his first professional drawing for a monthly modelling and games publication in 1994.
After working for various small magazines, he started cooperating with some prestigious kits and games manufacturers, and later, with some of the most popular aviation editors.
He became a fulltime professional illustrator and graphic artist.
Today he makes different artworks for UK based Editors, and graphic design clients using his trusty graphic tablet. Clementoni HistoryConsidering how Italy is well known and often associated with fine art and rich culture, it only makes sense that a well established Italian jigsaw puzzle manufacturer would be known for similar qualities. Clementoni produces puzzles with iconic paintings from many of the great masters as well as breathtaking photographs of land and cityscapes. In addition to creating a line of jigsaw puzzles with elegance and attention to detail, Clementoni also uses recycled and other earth-friendly materials in their commitment to the environment. |
